101-120 points The Silver Award is for sites that are very good. They have a good presentation of content, and definitely have something to offer. They have a pleasing appearance. |
81 - 100 points The Bronze Award is for sites that are all-around good quality sites. They show great effort and dedication. They are generally very pleasing. Very good content. |

60 - 80 points The Merit Award is for sites that may be lacking some polish, but hold great promise. The sites will show a great deal of effort by the web author to present some comprehensive content. |
The Travel Site Award is for any site that focuses on Travel. It may be a site about your particular city or area, but it will be presented in a way so that it will be of interest to potential visitors and travelers. You may be awarded the Travel Site and one of the other awards as well. It is not given points, but it should fulfill the main criteria. |

The
Half Dome Special Award is just "special". I just wanted to
make up an award that I could offer to any site that delights me for
a unique reason. Sometimes,
the site awarded the Half Dome Award may not even qualify for every
bit of El Capitan's criteria (the more technical criteria). But each
site I choose for the special Half Dome Award will have something delightful
